Butler Island Residents,

Sorry about the duplicated mailing list but I thought this was the best way to get this report into everyone's hands.  Barry has forwared the report to North Hero and is waiting for their response.  North Hero has extended their moratorium on further BI subdivision until they have a chance to review this report and to gather additional input from the residents of the Island.  Barry will be contacted by North Hero when they are ready and will pass on to you that info.

Subject: Butler Island natural areas report

David and Barry,

Attached is the report I compiled on the natural areas of Butler Island.  This report is based on review of existing public information and site information I collected on July 30, 2008 when I visted Butler Island.  The intent of this report is to provide the North Hero Planning Commission and the landowners of Butler Island information on the island's natural areas that can be used for planning purposes.

I do not have a good way to distribute this report to other planning commission members, other North Hero board members, or Butler Island landowners, so I hope that you can distribute it as you see fit.

I hope that you will contact me if you have any questions about the report or the recommendations provided.  Good luck in your planning work for Butler Island.

Best regards,

Eric
